基于地产与设计行业最受关注的行业独立评价标准之一「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」，地建师已连续多年表彰为建筑、景观、室内、照明设计做出杰出贡献的地产建筑师、建筑师/设计师们。“2020-2021年度地建师优秀人物”证书即将于2021年11月5日-6日授发。

CREDAWARD, as one of the most concerned independent evaluation standards in the real estate and design industry, has commended real estate architects and architects/designers who have made outstanding contributions to architectural, landscape, interior and lighting design for many years.
