经济学界认为，中国建筑业是受国家政策“溢出效应”最为明显的行业之一，货币政策松紧、固定资产投资额度高低，往往直接决定着建筑业发展的好坏。因此，历年来，“建筑业”一词在《政府工作报告》中鲜有出现。今年，《报告》直接提出，要“推进建筑业改革发展”，这一方面说明建筑业作为支柱性产业地位的不断巩固，另一方面也说明在住房和城乡建设部近几年的努力推进之下，建筑业改革发展的重要性已越来越受到国家的重视。

2021年上半年我国国内生产总值532167.5亿元，按可比价格计算，同比增长12.7%。上半年建筑业实现增加33335.2亿元，同比增长8.6%，增速低于国内生产总值增速4.1个百分点。建筑业增加值占国内生产总值的比重为6. 26%。

民营公司在未来5-10年，竞争会愈发激烈。一是住宅市场的萎缩不可避免，项目量减少、回款变慢、利润率降低；二是带着团队跳槽单飞的比例逐渐升高，大公司中层干部流失现象也越来越严重；三是着重做公建市场，大部分都从外资挖人，成本很高，且出品质量不稳。

The competition between private companies in the next 5-10 years will become increasingly fierce.
