Looking back on 2021, the landscape design industry is destined to be an extraordinary year:

虽然，景观设计行业起起伏伏，可我们看到各家景观设计机构的领军人们始终站在行业前沿，在风景园林或被取消一级学科的时候，呐喊发声；在元宇宙概念大热时，积极尝试突破和寻找各种发展可能；我们也曾疑惑，公司上市的真正动机，但每一位纯粹的景观建筑师/建筑师在文化上都有一种强烈的使命精神。

Although the landscape design industry has its ups and downs, we can see that the leaders of various landscape design companies are always at the forefront of the industry. Actively expressing their views when landscape architecture may be cancelled from the first-level discipline. Then the concept of the metaverse becomes a large heat, the landscape architects actively trying to break through and look for various development possibilities. We also wondered about the real motive of the company going on the market, but landscape architects have a strong cultural mission spirit.

对于上市，我曾经是犹疑的，总是在想：资本能带来创新吗？资本能带来思想吗？……

但是，当山水比德逐渐走向规模效应的时候；当山水比德筹谋第二个十年甚至更长远的未来的时候；当山水比德定位景观是一门多学科跨专业系统解决城乡问题的总体设计的时候；当山水比德意识到设计依然处在种子阶段尚有更多可能与多元价值的时候；当山水比德重申自我为公众企业需要担承更多行业责任和公共道义的时候……

我认为，上市是山水比德的必由之路。

企业上市，不仅代表着走入资本市场，更重要的是转型为公众企业。所以，上市企业的题中之义就包含着行业担当、社会责任和创新引领的角色转变。

景观设计在过去二三十年发展取得了长足进步，无论是在社区还是城市等尺度上，为新型城市化建设贡献着生活美学、生态安全、生产转型升级等方面的专业力量。但我们不得不正视的是，景观目前依然处于大众眼光之外，尚未进入大众关心与关注的主流，这不仅影响着行业的持续性发展，也影响着行业在公众尺度上的影响力。

因此，我们希望借由走入资本市场转型为上市企业的契机，更多地走向并融入公众界面，承担更多的社会责任与行业担当，在更大外延上施展景观的作用，并以此来带动社会整体的美学意识、文化自信意识、生态意识。

2021必然艰难，2022依然充满挑战。

国际形势扑朔迷离、地产行业动荡不定、设计行业依然心怀城市敬畏之心。地建师整理出近2年CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国申报数据予以行业分享学习。

2021 is bound to be difficult, and 2022 is still full of challenges.

The international situation is complicated and confusing, the real estate industry is turbulent, but the design industry is still in awe of the city. CREDAWARD, to a certain extent, reflects the development of the industry. DJSER has compiled and shared the data of CREDAWARD participation in the past two years (data as of January 24, 2022):

海外景观设计公司申报概况

海外景观设计公司数量呈上升趋势

受2021年市场快周转影响，能体现公司真正设计水平的项目相对减少，所有中国地区景观设计公司的参赛报名数量比往年减少。

Affected by the rapid turnover in 2021, the number of projects with high quality and outstanding performance that can reflect the company's true design level will be relatively reduced in 2021, and the number of entries for all landscape design companies in China will decrease compared with previous years.

CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国组委会，一直坚持多年海外媒体平台宣发，逐渐被越来越多外资事务所关注并认可，给予很高的评价“CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国是一个具有世界水准的国际大奖”。同时，这也是开拓中国市场的重要渠道之一，所以海外景观设计公司参与以及申报项目数都呈上升趋势。

However, CREDAWARD Organizing Committee has pay attention to global design for many years, and has attracted and recognized by more and more overseas firms which they believe that CREDAWARD is an international award with world-class standards. At the same time, this is an important chancel in the Chinese market. Therefore, the proportion of overseas landscape design companies and projects participating in the award have continued to increase.

逆流而上企业榜TOP3

经过两届参赛数据对比，22%企业申报项目数量有增长，且占总申报项目数超过1/3。受"地产寒冬"、后疫情时代等大环境的影响，能持续输出且增加高品质项目产出的企业，是真正逆流而上优质企业。另外非常有意思的是，我们统计到这些公司中，有一半以上的公司是51-200规模的中小型企业。

After comparing the data of the two years, we find 22% of the companies increase in the number of projects, which accounted for more than 1/3 of the total number of participating projects. Affected by the tough situation of real estate and the post-epidemic era, companies that can continue to export and increase the output of high-quality projects are truly high-quality companies that keep up in adverse current.

What arise our interest is that more than half of these companies that keep up in adverse current are small and medium-sized companies with a scale of 51-200 employee. The boutique and high-quality projects done by small and medium-sized enterprises keep increasing year by year.

景观设计企业品质TOP10

既要保证一定规模的企业发展，还要坚持呈现优秀作品，对于2021年是众多景观设计企业面临的挑战，但我们依然发现有这样一群卓尔不凡的优秀企业：

地建师观察到，魏玛作为规模仅51-200人的设计机构，申报项目数量高居第二位，这也从侧面反应了企业多年累积后的高品质项目输出和蓬勃发展。

Through DJSER’s observation, Weimar, as a design agency with only 51-200 people, ranks second in the number of applied projects, which also reflects the output of high-quality projects and vigorous development of the company after years of accumulation.

景观设计项目地域分析

城市的经济建设发展对项目的品质要求呈正比

The economic construction and urban development are directly proportional to the quality requirements of the projects.

第八届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国景观设计类别的参赛项目主要集中在江浙沪地区，其次为大湾区。由此可看出，经济发达城市对项目有着高品质的要求。

The participating projects of landscape design in 8th CREDAWARD are mainly concentrated in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, followed by the Greater Bay Area. It can be seen that economically developed cities require high-quality for projects.

景观设计项目类别分析

值得一提的是，传统居住地产板块的景观设计项目占7成，其中公共景观、商业景观、文旅景观、产业办公园、城市再生项目等景观项目占比3成。

What is worth mentioning is that the landscape design projects in the traditional category of residential projects account for 70%, of which public landscape, commercial landscape, cultural tourism landscape, industrial office park, urban regeneration project landscape and other landscape projects account for 30%.
